Happy August! We will have lovely weather for outdoor shopping at the market this week!
As we find ourselves cooking and eating at home, the market is a great way to make it fun and delicious. Summer produce (sweet corn, tomatoes, peaches, plums, peppers & more) will be in abundance and it needs almost no preparation at all. What could be easier than slicing a vine ripened summer tomato, topping it with salt and eating it on a slice of market bead with local cheese? Summer fruits are incredibly delicious all by themselves.
